Lava Goggles are a head accessory that significantly improves vision under lava. Like Molten Armor, they also clear the fire overlay. The vision improvement is half as strong as wearing a full set of Molten Armor. When wearing both Molten Armor and Lava Goggles, the vision improvement is increased by 50%.

When searching the Nether for Molten Ore or Ancient Debris, Lava Goggles can be a major tool as the player can more easily search lava lakes for exposed ore.
